Erika, Founder of Primarily Human, has built a career that spans continents and industries, with a focus on driving organizational success through the power of professional growth and workplace culture. With two decades of global experience, she has worked with diverse teams in various industries, gaining firsthand knowledge of how culture not only shapes a company’s community but also directly impacts employee fulfillment and well-being. 

With a degree in business, a graduate certificate in Social Science and certification in Organizational Mindfulness, Erika combines her expertise with a relentless passion for continuous improvement. As a learning specialist in leadership development, soft skills, and career growth training across academia and global corporations, she emphasizes the importance of creating environments where individuals and teams can grow, collaborate, and succeed. 

Erika launched Primarily Human to bring together her love for learning, organizational development, and helping others thrive in their careers and lives.
